i found the check-in process impersonal. check-in occurred via a screen, then the machine ejected the room key. i wanted to ask questions, but there was nobody present at the reception desk. this reminded me of a significant oversight..

access to all terminals was simple. overnight stays before early flights were easy. the bar had great coffee. self-check in worked well. it made travels relaxing.
i waited for help to talk to staff. parking location wasn't obvious. thicker pillows should be an option. available air conditioning setting was not clear.
